We are always so very touched when we receive letters of thanks from the friends and family members of the residents for whom we care. Such letters are often penned at very difficult times and they mean a great deal to all members of the Longmead care team. We include some recent quotes below alongside some of the original notes.

Upon visiting and looking around we were greatly reassured by the kindness and quiet professionalism of you and your staff. When mum went to live at Longmead she quickly settled in and in her confusion began to feel that staff were members of her family. That is a testament to how well cared for she was at Longmead.

Caring is a tough and often thankless job but we cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and commitment not only to Margaret but all the residents at Longmead.
